New year – new office

It's been just a little more than six months since we moved to our current office. It's been a great time for us, but circumstances that we won't bore you with today – on New Year's Eve – have forced us to look for a new location. And we think we've found the perfect place!

The Dissident Blog – new online journal by PEN Sweden

We are thrilled to announce the birth of The Dissident Blog, a recurring online publication by PEN Sweden. This new publication will act as an open literary forum for writers who for various reasons cannot publish their work in their own countries. We developed the site based on a design by Johan Rutherhagen.

Spring news from SthlmConnection

Spring is in the air and things are changing at a rapid pace at SthlmConnection these days. We're working on a couple of really interesting projects that we hope to be able to release before summer. Apart from the usual work routine however, there has also been a couple of changes in our team, and we recently moved to a beautiful new office!

tvmatchen.nu launched

SthlmConnection has had the honor of redesigning one of Sweden's largest TV guides for sports. The new website features a new design, easier navigation and a quick javascript-driven filtering functionality. Have a look at the result at www.tvmatchen.nu!

fritzscorner.se launched

After a couple of weeks of intense collaboration with the folks at Fritz's Corner, a legendary indie music club in Stockholm, and the design bureau Paper Hits, we are proud to announce the release of our latest project www.fritzscorner.se.

Drupal 7 released

Today is a happy day for us, and for all web developers that use Drupal as their main tool for building feature-rich websites for their clients. After more than two years of active development, quality assurance and testing, Drupal 7 is finally out in the wild!

Another year went by

Well, 2010 went by quickly. Just a few posts back you can see last year's Happy New Years greeting, which is probably a sign that we've been very busy with ongoing projects most of this year. It's tempting to just do a quick copy paste operation and get on with the vacation, but before we do, here's a quick update on what's been going on and what we're up to in the near future.

Now available: Stockholm Syndrome

You may have heard about this psychological term, named after some uncanny events happening in our home town back in 1973. A group of people were held hostage for several days by armed robbers. Once released, they showed a surprising emotional attachment to the robbers. Today however, we're giving this term another, slightly different meaning.

sfoto.se released

We are pleased to announce the release of one of our most exciting projects to date – the website of the Swedish Photographers' Association.

Swedwatch.org launched

On Friday, we launched the redesigned and upgraded version of swedwatch.org, which is the official website of Swedwatch – an organisation reporting on Swedish business relations in low wage countries.
